We are preparing Q+A sheets and some basic slides to accompany this book. They will be available by August 1 from the Wiley Academic site. Registration is required (if you are not a member already) to ensure that only tutors access copies (and not your students).

• The name and address of the establishment where you teach
• Your name and position at that establishment
• The number of students you teach (that this book is relevant to)
• If possible, please send your email from an address at your academic establishment
